I tried to upgrade to a newer version - but due to very poor Quality Assurance at epubor - the installer didn’t work.
Support was poor as developers are based in China - responses took time.
I hope they improve their Quality Assurance.
Test your product before you let people use it.

I just installed it by upgrading an older version. Itook less than 2 min and works fine (on Windows 7 64 bits computer)

Got an email showing new epubor version, downloaded & installed over existing version with no problems.
All information, books and whatever else stayed in place.
